Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

Ok, so the movie’s been out for quite a while now, but we thought we’d do a review anyhow given that there seem to be quite a few people who are still not quite sold on the whole Transformers thing (Repent!), and the movie’s still got a bit of a run left.

The highly anticipated sequel, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen returns with more action and excellent visual effects. Though the plot was rather weak and predictable (but with shows like this, it’s never really about the plot is it), the exciting action scenes, comic relief thrown in here kept us interested throughout the movie. Of course, we never tire of the transformation from robot to vehicle and vice versa – sound effects and all, and for some of us, that’s makes up about 90% of the movie’s entertainment value. Like the first movie, this one’s pretty engaging, even for the girls. And needless to say, fans will most certainly approve.
