Hi Beloveds!

It’s time to use the gifts and talents the Lord has given us to serve our King!  Each one of us (yes, that includes you!) has been graced to serve in one way or another.  Some of us enjoy coordinating events, some of us can really bust a move, and some of us get a kick out of welcoming people!  Whatever your gift is, find a place to serve and let God hone and grow it.  And while you’re at it, you’ll find yourself enjoying the ride of your life!

Interested? Well, The Zone will be holding a recruitment drive for servers on the following dates:

16 Jan 2010 (DARE and Arrow)
23 Jan 2010 (GenRev)

And just so you’re not completely clueless, we’re giving you a heads up on the various departments that you can choose to serve in!  And if you have any questions of your own, there will be servers stationed at various department booths to answer you. Here’s a description of the departments to help you along..

Royal Stewards
 Usher and welcome people into the house of God
 Prepare the venue before service and help to clear up after the service
 Manage the crowd during ministering time and altar call

Logistics
 Prepare service and performance venues
 Set-up and tear-down stage equipment and décor
 Transport logistics
 Take care of store inventories

Creative Video
 Produce creative videos to engage the audience
 Video shoots, video editing and/or video production

Designers
 Produce creative visuals for Zone services, website and magazine
 Design service and event collaterals

Photography
 Capture photos for official Zone services and events
 Assist in archival/ editing of photos taken for creative and publicity needs

Idea Makers
 Generate ideas, concepts and designs for props and decor
 Design and prepare props and décor for pre-services, services and events
 Design and prepare sermon illustration props

Drama
 Acting, miming, stand-up comedian
 Scriptwriting
 Backstage crew and stage props set-up

Dance
 Interest and/ or able to dance
 Make-up artist, costume stylist are welcomed as well

Worship
 Musicians / Singers / Choir
 Able to sing well or play a musical instrument
