I don’t know about you, but I feel as if the Zone is going to be explosive.

It is not hype without a reason. It is this sense of anticipation for a new beginning, a new level of anointing upon our Pastors, a new level of worship—not just the music, but the culture, the servers and the people—and a new place to draw out the gold nuggets from Pastor Benjamin when he preaches (I always imagine him throwing out gold nuggets during service when he preaches. I have no idea why, all I know is that the Word carries weight and is precious like gold. And I want to grab all that I can!).

I have never sat in a service where the youths are going, AMEN, AMEN! PASTOR, AMEN! as if the people around us don’t matter at all. We were just hungering for the word. We just kept wanting more and more. Keep preaching, Pastor, keep going. We want to hear more about Jesus! It’s as if God made a “regular” Saturday service a Camp kind of service, where people receive and run with the Word of God with glee and abandon!

The Benjamin Generation is rising up, so just watch and see, people! We will be the hands and feet of Jesus, and our Pastors’ armour bearers. We will run with the Word to all corners of Singapore. We will be the light in our various schools and institutions. We will attract everyone to Jesus because we, the body, will reflect our Head—Jesus Himself, the centre of the Universe, the Creator of all.

I wish the whole church could witness what is happening in the Zone and how we are going to explode and overflow!Wow. What happened at service was phenomenal. I felt so free, so liberated, to celebrate my Saviour.

It’s as if a breakthrough happened right before our eyes. We were still talking about Jesus, even after service.

We were still sharing about the Word over dinner, our plates untouched in our excitement.

I also encountered someone amazing. For Arrow service, a girl from the Poly Cluster had taken her own initiative to invite her friend, who is hearing-impaired, for service.  She translated the entire sermon for her friend, in sign language! Later, when I spoke with her, she told me that while she has been serving in this particular capacity for main service, she noticed that we do not provide sign language translation in Arrow. That was when she decided to take a step of faith to invite her friend and to be there for anyone else who needed her. What a girl! What a big heart to avail herself to make God’s word available to everyone who wants and needs to hear! You know, it’s not easy to serve in such a capacity when it can get really tiring. Even so, that didn’t stop her!

I was amazed. Our youths are empowered and eager to serve people and they are bursting to do their part, however small, in this eternal Church! Praise Jesus for all that He has done for us to be a blessing to others. This just shows that wecan make an impact in the world.

The Benjamin Generation is rising up! Hallelujah!

In 2009, the Arrow Poly youths did a Community Involvement Project with the Spastic Children’s Association of Singapore. Following that, New Creation Church was awarded the Elaine Field Award for their invaluable and exceptional service and support to them. Well done Arrow Poly youths!! We are proud of your generous and giving spirit!

Hey Zone!

It has been 4 weeks since Fallen: The Zone Musical!

Over the two days of performances, we had 29 precious souls saved!  Praise the Lord!!  We had 2,767 people in attendance and I know that seeds were sown in each and every one of their lives!  Those seeds sown WILL bring forth a MIGHTY harvest! Amen!

In the past few weeks, we have been hearing testimonies of how people who came for the first time really enjoyed the musical and thanked their friends for inviting them.  They even asked to be invited for services in the future!

Here are some behind-the-scenes footages of our very own Zone servers gearing up for Fallen: The Musical.

Enjoy the video!

“Sometimes, there are areas in your life that you feel are dead; areas that seem impossible. All you need is Jesus to come into those areas and life, His zoe life, will be brought in.”- Pastor Joe Purcell

Are you chronically sick? Always late? Perpetually tired? Constantly insecure? Finding some situations impossible to change in your life? Here’s some good news for you: Jesus can turn those situations around. The only thing you need to do is to bring Him into your situation through His Word.

All of us know that the Bible is the written Word. But do we know that the written Word releases power into our lives when it is the spoken Word? In the opening account of Genesis, we see how when God spoke, light came into being. In the same account, He also spoke Heaven, Earth, the stars, the plants, and all living creatures into their existence. Certainly, nothing happened until God opened His mouth and spoke the entire cosmos into being. Similarly, when we speak in line with the Word of God,
